1. Deployment (Shipping)

All items are shipped via tracked express services. Expect delivery within 2-4 working days for the UK. International deployment may take longer depending on local protocols.

2. Grooming Returns

For hygiene reasons, grooming products and cosmetics cannot be returned once the security seal has been broken or the product has been used.

3. Locker Returns (1-of-1)

The Lockers items are unique 1-of-1 pieces. Returns are only accepted if the item received does not match the condition report provided in the listing. Please review all images and sizes carefully before purchasing.

4. Blind Box Returns

Due to the nature of "The Vault" mystery drops, Blind Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the items are faulty. The surprise is part of the protocol.
