1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of GLOWJOB.UK, a UK-based subscription grooming and lifestyle e-commerce brand selling grooming products, bundled routines, member subscriptions, limited drops, waitlist access, and curated second-hand or one-off lifestyle items. By browsing the website, creating an account, placing an order, joining a subscription, or using a waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site. These terms are realistic placeholder content prepared for product review and should be checked by a qualified solicitor before launch.

2. Definitions

"We", "us", and "our" mean the operator of GLOWJOB.UK. "You" means the customer, visitor, subscriber, or account holder. "Products" includes grooming products, bundles, clothing, accessories, resale items, and digital or service elements attached to a purchase. "Subscription" means a recurring monthly plan selected by you. "Member-only" items are products, drops, or waitlist opportunities reserved for approved account holders or subscribers.

3. Eligibility And Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures. We may refuse service, suspend an account, or cancel an order if information is false, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or the account is used in a way that harms the store, other customers, or our suppliers.

4. Product Information

We aim to present product names, descriptions, images, prices, ingredients, sizing, condition notes, and availability accurately. However, minor differences may occur because screens display colours differently, limited items may sell quickly, and curated or second-hand products can vary in condition. Product images are for guidance and may include styling props unless clearly stated. If a material detail is important to your purchase, contact us before ordering.

5. Orders And Acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price or description error is obvious, payment cannot be authorised, delivery information is incomplete, or fraud checks are not satisfied. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item using the original payment method where possible.

6. Pricing And Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and may include or exclude VAT depending on the store configuration shown at checkout. Delivery costs and any discounts are confirmed before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe or another authorised payment provider. We do not store full card details. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. Subscription payments renew monthly unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription tiers are recurring monthly plans. Each tier may include grooming products, member pricing, early access, delivery benefits, or limited product opportunities as described on the subscription page. Benefits can change over time, but any material change will be communicated before it applies to your next billing period. You can cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting support. A cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a period already paid unless required by law or agreed by us.

8. Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier disruption, customs checks, severe weather, payment review, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to you when delivered to the address or collection point you provided. Ownership passes when payment is received in full.

9. Returns And Refunds

UK consumers may have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt. Some products may be excluded, including sealed grooming or hygiene goods once unsealed, bespoke or personalised items, and perishable or safety-sensitive products. Returned items must be unused, complete, and in resaleable condition unless faulty. Curated one-off resale items are sold with condition notes; this does not affect your rights if an item is misdescribed or faulty. Refunds are processed after inspection and may exclude delivery upgrades unless required by law.

10. Member Waitlists And Limited Items

Waitlist placement does not guarantee availability, price, delivery date, or allocation. Member-only products may be restricted by account status, subscription tier, stock levels, or anti-abuse limits. We may remove duplicate, automated, or suspicious waitlist entries. Unique items may be available in a single unit only, and adding an item to a basket does not reserve it unless checkout is completed and accepted.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at unreasonable volume, interfere with checkout, submit false information, resell membership access without permission, upload malicious content, infringe intellectual property, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may block access or cancel orders linked to abuse.

12. Intellectual Property

The website design, brand name, copy, product photography, graphics, code, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or business interruption. Our total liability for an order is normally limited to the amount paid for that order.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights in the part of the UK where you live. Disputes should first be raised with customer support so we can attempt to resolve them informally.
